|| Socio-economic background of the innovator:
|| Mr. Anil Kumar and his family fully depend on the agriculture. Economic condition of family was very poor. He was completed his MBA programme and join the job in multinational company but he not satisfied with his job. After working in multinational company the thought why I spend my time in company, why not I start my business in agriculture because salary not full-fill his family need. Then he left the job. After leaving the job his economic condition goes down and family members are annoyed and neighbor also comment & leg pulling regularly.

|| What specific situation/problem compelled farmer to innovate. If it was an accidental innovation what event led to innovation?
|| In 2012 he was started farming in 2012 in 3 ha area and earned Rs 1,20,000/- to 1,50,000/- per annum. After the calculation in term of daily benefit he was shocked and depress. Then he was contact to Scientist of Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Aurangabad and discuss about how to get more benefit in 3 ha area. Team of scientist along with Senior Scientist and Head visited to Mr. Kumar farmers and his 3 ha area of land was fully irrigated and land is cluster form means 3 ha area in one patch. During survey they found that all area was water logged during rainy season. Then team of scientist derided at initial stage ear thing of the land. Ear thing is costly in huge area. Then they decided first you start fish farming and digging the pond and during digging lots of soil rest after making pond in 1.0 ha area. Then we decided to ear thing nearby area. After ear thing scientist of KVK advise him to start dairy in upland area and make a shade for 50 cows. During this period Mr. Kumar contacted with District Fishery Officer and District Animal Husbandry Officer for the loan. KVK play a vital role of lisening to both of department and between Mr. Anil Kumar.

||In 2013-14 he was started fist farming and dairy with 20 cows with integration of vegetable cultivation and turmeric cultivation and earned Rs 16,75,000/- per annum. In this year he was also produced vermin-compost which was used in vegetable and turmeric and also sale the vermin-compost to the farmers. Mr. Anil Kumar started farming with fishery, dairy and crop in 2013-14.

|| Mr. Anil Kumar started dairy farming with 20 cows and integrated fish farming in 2013-14 and earned Rs 16,75,000/- in a year. Then he was planted guava & banana orchard on the bank of fish pond and started cultivation of vegetable and turmeric. In 2014-15 Mr. Kumar earned Rs 17,20,000 in 2015-16 earned Rs 18,50,000. In 2016-17 he started to produce vermin-compost in huge amount and earned Rs 20,54,000/-. In 2017-18 he started value addition in milk products and collection of pickle, mushroom and homemade product of women farmers nearby villages and sale through NABARD rural mart shop. He was also establish one sweet shop and marketing of other value added things to local market. At present he was create a fish producer federation with the help of NABARD. Now annual income of Mr. Anil Kumar increased up to 8 times and Mr. Anil Kumar is exemplary farmer of Aurangabad district.

||Mr. Anil Kumar wishes how to create many numbers of farmers producer federation to get maximum benefit to farmers in term of production as well as socio-economic condition of farmer and increased in livelihood of farmer. Mr. Kumar also wishes how to secure nutrition and food security of farmers and villagers.

|| Mr. Anil Kumar massage to farmers present situation if farmers grow only rice-wheat or crop production they cannot survive farmers identify the resources of his agriculture and go with integrated farming system. In agriculture integrated farming system is one of practice which can improve the socio-economic condition of farmers and improve the livelihood. Agriculture scientist also aware farmers about benefit of integrated farming system and also establish 1 acre module of IFS at KVK.
